Terms & Conditions

Quotes are free and valid for the period stated in the quote. An agreement is formed when you accept the quote in writing (e.g. by email).

Prices are in SEK excluding VAT unless stated otherwise. We invoice as agreed in the quote, e.g. with partial and final invoices. Payment terms are normally net 30 days. Late payment incurs interest under Swedish law and any reminder fee.

We provide an estimated timeline in the quote. It assumes you provide necessary material and feedback on time. Delays on your side may affect delivery.

You are responsible for ensuring that material you provide (text, images, logos, etc.) does not infringe third-party rights and that you have the right to use it.

Upon full payment, the right to use the delivered result transfers to you. You own your site and content. We may reuse general know-how and components not unique to your project.

Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately or billed at the applicable hourly rate.

Hosting, operations and support are delivered under a separate agreement. We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for outages caused by third parties.

Our liability for damages is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profit or data loss, beyond what mandatory law requires.

Swedish law applies. Disputes are resolved primarily through dialogue and otherwise by a general court in Sweden.
