When you submit our contact form we process the data you provide: first and last name, email address, phone number, optional company name and registration number, and your message.

We collect no more than necessary and use no tracking or analytics cookies on the public website.

We process the data to respond to your inquiry, provide quotes and, where applicable, enter into and perform an agreement with you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and, where relevant, the performance of a contract.

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to handle the matter and any business relationship, and thereafter only as long as required by law (e.g. accounting rules). You can ask us at any time to delete data we are not required to keep.

We never sell your data. We only share it with trusted providers that help us run the business, e.g. for web hosting and sending email (Resend), who process the data under our instructions.

The public website uses no marketing or analytics cookies. Our login-protected admin panel uses only a strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in.

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to processing. Contact us at support@codeify.se. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
